Do you offer a free trial?

No — we run short-scoped pilot programs for serious buyers instead. Book a demo and we’ll set up a 2-week paid pilot with full onboarding.

What counts as a 'candidate interview'?

One unique candidate completing one session. Re-runs by the same candidate on the same task don't count twice. Unused invites don't count at all.

Can I pause my plan?

Yes — pause anytime from your billing page. You keep your data for 60 days, after which inactive orgs are deleted per our privacy policy.

What happens if I exceed 50 candidates in a month?

You keep running. Overage billing at €20/candidate kicks in automatically; we'll send a heads-up at 80% so you're never surprised. If you're consistently over, we'll reach out about moving to Enterprise.

How does billing work for annual?

Annual saves 17% vs monthly. Paid upfront via Stripe, invoice option on Enterprise.

Do you have academic or open-source pricing?

Yes — free for verified educational institutions and public-good open-source projects with demonstrable hiring use cases. Contact us.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Team plan is month-to-month (monthly billing) or 12-month (annual billing). Enterprise is typically 12 months.

Where is candidate data stored?

Supabase eu-central-1 (Frankfurt). Data never leaves the EU unless you explicitly request it. 30-day retention for candidate integrity data, 1 year for submissions and scorecards. Candidates can request erasure at any time.

Do I need an in-house data protection officer?

No. We've done the DPIA, LIA, and Article 28 DPA work. Enterprise customers can use our DPA template or provide their own.

All plans include: EU hosting, GDPR compliance, session encryption at rest and in transit, automatic tax handling via Stripe.
